We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Analytical Chemist to join our analytical team. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in analytical chemistry and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality analytical results, and driving team performance to meet business objectives. This is a key position that requires a strategic mindset and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational & Operational Excellence

• Maintain and enhance the organizational structure and workflow of the analytical team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize a strong sense of organizational awareness to anticipate needs and align team activities with broader company goals.
• Ensure all analytical activities adhere to established quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all analytical chemistry-related matters, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and priorities to ensure alignment with critical company deadlines and strategic initiatives.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and projects for the analytical team based on company priorities and stakeholder needs.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in an analytical chemistry role within a professional setting.

Skills

• Exceptional technical proficiency in a wide range of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills and an understanding of organizational dynamics and priorities.
• Proven capability in stakeholder management and project prioritization.
